Ok, so I'm sitting in the clinic in Dubai where I work, it's New Year's Day. And I'm bored. So I decide to hit www.who'swho.co.za. And I look at Frank Opperman. So his profile says "Partner in The Bassline" and I tell a colleague (from 'Debbin' an all) that I once got roped -unwittingly- into participating into a comedy routine that was being carried out. And that one of the characters was Ian Fraser with whom I used to play Warcraft with at the Milkyway Internet Cafe in Yeoville with Farren. And it got me thinking.....

So I Who's Who'd Ian and lo and behold, his name popped up....

Every now and then when i was still in good old crime-free SA, one would see an ad on tv and hear Ian's voice.

Ian, I dunno if you remember me? Dieter? Maybe you recall the topic of thepanel discussion given by the audience that night at the Bassline? If I remember correctly, it was....... "Jewish homosexual marriages." I named my character Adolf Eichmann. Dunno how PC that that topic or character name are, but Big WHO cares?! You and Rob Napier said you needed someone from the audience and somehow your's truly was selected. Hmmmmmm....the thick plottens!

ANyways, my "Debbin" colleague asked if you were Ian Fraser from 5FM. I mentioned that somehow, though I knew you for a short space of time, you didnt strike me as the radio DJ type.

Dunno if this is the forum for bring these things up, but if not, uuuuhhhmmmmmm. whatever.

I'll check the Facebook thing when I get home this evening. The powers-that-be decided that facebook at work was an evil sin that took us away from their dollar-linked dirhams!
